Complete your SWOT workshops collaboratively with people who are hybrid working.

A R-SWOT is an online template, powered by SharpCloud with multiple views which can be completed by people online in different locations, using an inbuilt form to submit their Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats and Opportunities.

You can configure your form to include other data attributes, such as Priority, Locations, Functions, Dates, Costs, etc. as well as Commentary to add further context.

As people create and submit their “digital posit it notes” they will appear in the correct part of the templates views, for example in the Strengths or Threats part of the grid.

Develop a SWOT Action Plan

Complete your SWOT and then answer the 4 following question to co-create yoru action plan:

1. How do I use use these strengths to take advantage of these opportunities?
2. How do I overcome these weaknesses that prevent me form taking advantage of these opportunities?
3. How do I use my strengths to reduce the likelihood and impact of these threats?
4. How do I overcome these weaknesses that will make these threats a reality?
